3 issues: 1. Room thermostat had a system lock (not detectable in the room). When front desk was called to ask why my room would not go above 73 deg, they raised the lock. How many guests do not recognize this lock? 2. There is a $10 per day parking fee not disclosed in the hotels.com listing. 3. The parking lot was full. There appeared to be a number of cars that were not moved during our stay. Appeared to be cars parked during travel from ATL. My complaint is that these cars were parked near the hotel entrance doors. These cars should be parked in the far reaches of the parking lot.

Great hotel, but parking is difficult

Great clean hotel. Worked perfectly for the show I was in town for. Only down side is the parking lot is tiny and very hard to find a spot for paid parking.
