it was just straight up dirty. you can stay else where that’s very nice for the same price honestly. free parking was the best part. our blanket on the bed looked moldy honestly, the bathroom ceiling was moldy and the vent was also moldy and nasty. while trying to sleep it was very noisy around us. overall 1/5 stars.

There were no vending machines throughout the hotel and the snack area downstairs did not have many options. Overall, it was OK no major complaints. Very close to the airport and they do offer shuttle service.

It was a nice experience compare to others 3 stars hotel. Only downsize was the windows are not soundproofing and at night we heard the traffic running and the cars honking that woke us up, in addition there is not body lotion and for me personally would be a plus to have all the toiletries, on the other hand the staff was very attentive and courageous. The hotel has a complementary breakfast with very good options hot/cold and healthy. The shuttle airport runs every half hour starting at 4 am free of charge and there are enough seats for everyone. Hotel is only 10 minutes away from the airport and shuttle dropped us off very close to the security point. The room was clean and spacious, has a living room with a pullout couch and TV, also a desk on the side that makes you feel like you are in a little studio. There is also a TV screen in the lobby keeping track of the flights 24 hours.

This hotel has to be on of the most painful experiences I have had in a while. I was charged a room fee on Expedia and upon getting to the hotel, the staffs asked for my card for a room deposit. I gave it because that’s just due process. Checking my bank statement, the hotel charged me the price of the room and security deposit. I have followed up on the issue of the room charge because why do I get to pay double for the hotel (offline and online) The hotel has said 7 different things since I tried to ask for the refund. They are trying to get away from issuing my refund and it’s very uncomfortable. Each time I call, the hotel staffs hang up or say the manager will contact me. They are extremely rude and very cruel. They clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction so please I’ll not advise anyone to stay in this hotel. If you do, do not give them your card because they’ll take money in your card without your consent and ensure they make up excuses not to pay you back. For your safety, go somewhere else.

It feels more like a motel than a hotel. The property is in poor condition with broken appliances, showers, and towel rods, and it definitely doesn’t meet Hyatt standards. The breakfast options are very limited — mostly cold items with nothing particularly healthy. Also, complimentary water bottles are not provided unless you specifically ask at the front desk. The only positive is its proximity to the airport.
