I felt very disrespected during the check in process with the lady being rude, intrusive, and nice nasty. As I approached the counter there was no greeting just “ id and form of payment” First of all why are you asking for both before greeting and asking my name! I truly felt suspicious of her wanting to hold my card as if she was trying to capture the image on their camera or something. I was asked to write down my email for my receipt and as I’m writing she is thoroughly reading my info on my id card!!!!!!!! It was late and I was so tired from traveling I let it slide but now I regret not saying anything to her. After the checking in nightmare I go to my room which was clean however, the mattress was lumpy and full of springs. My husband and I kept the room because again it was late and we had an early morning so we did not have time to go back and forth with the receptionist. I would not stay here again based on that receptionist and the low quality worn out mattress. Hyatt do better!

The check-in/out process was easy and the staff was very nice! The main issue I had was not having a microwave in my room. The floor that I stayed on (6th) had one near the elevator, but that was a bit of an inconvenience to have to walk around there to heat food up! The nightly room rate definitely warrants having a microwave in each room, c’mon now!
