I own a single family house located on a quiet cul-de-sac inside the Atlanta Perimeter, close to Emory, Decatur, Virginia-Highland, Midtown, Buckhead and Downtown. Within two blocks of my house, you can walk (on sidewalks) to many restaurants, shops, salons, gas stations, a pharmacy, and bus stops for MARTA public transportation. This is not a luxury home; but it is a luxury location, where new townhomes start at $500,000. Briarcliff Woods, my neighborhood, describes the nature of the area, which is multi-cultural with well-educated residents.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Emory University.
