Room was extremely subpar, there’s nothing to warn you that you’re going into a construction/renovation zone. Nighttime front counter attendant was dry and borderline rude. Room was damaged, upon arrival the “clean” rag in our room was visibly disgusting and stained black. The TV doesn’t even work, and the door in the bathroom is so close to the toilet it damn touches the front. This door is also severely water damaged and splintering, along with the wall behind it. Curtains were stained and I will absolutely NEVER EVER stay here again!

Charging port on the nightstand light broken and doesn’t work, the other nightstand light didn’t work at all neither did any of the charging ports on it.

What's that was the uniqueness. It's a nice smaller hotel.And once I get done with the renovations , i'm sure it's gonna be even nicer. I'm really curious what they're going to do with the Courtyard area, if anything that's a great spot down there and something else that's great is the kind lady who does the breakfast in the morning, she does a great job. It's a nice breakfast and it's probably nicer. Breakfast than most of your bigger chain hotels. And that's not exaggerating at all. She does a great job, it's good. I mean, you couldn't ask for more really from a hotel in downtown Atlanta, under renovation. It's got its own style like I said, and and it's well worth what you pay for no issues at all.

Staff were nice. Just the room wasn’t clean. Looked like the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in a good while, the sink smelled like sewage and the bathroom/room was janky. Beds were fairly comfortable so there’s a plus!

Even with the renovations happening during the day and the outside areas a mess, the rooms are nice, the staff are great and the kind lady that sets up the breakfast does an amazing job. I have to say the breakfast is the best I've had at any hotel in a long time. Looking forward to seeing what this place will look like once the renovations are complete.

The hotel is under renovations which will benefit it as it is a little traditional now. Hopefully the renovations will update the rooms and decor as well as the pictures of the hotel which are a little outdated. The breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating. Overall a good location and experience. Will visit again after the renovations.

This hotel is under construction. I would consider saying here again but would not recommend until their construction is completed in summer of 2026. The pros: Location to Americas Mart, very easy walk Nice free, hot breakfast The cons: The front door is always locked and the front desk usually empty There are some cleanliness issues in the rooms, the kitchen area felt very clean to me Temporary cons due to construction: Hallway lighting does not work, it is very dark at night.

The property wasn’t maintained. The rooms were disgusting, the mattresses were full of stains and filth. We didn’t fill safe on property with the amount of homeless people around which led to a worker getting in an altercation with homeless guy. Parking garage was full which led us to pay for parking else where, when listing had it included. We ended up requesting a refund and didn’t stay at property. I wouldn’t recommend this property at all.
