room wasn't too clean had to ask cleaning stafff. dirt in drawer and glasses outside door, called to ask for blankets, ignored, went downstairsl myself and the staff were talking ignoring the phone calls and when we went up to our room after asking, they never brought it. there was a weird smell in the halls to the room. i'm upset truly, you would think the kimpton would do better. i give 4 instead of 3 only because they fixed a mistake they made about check in time and my older sister still enjoyed
