We had one issue during our stay. The A/C went out the evening of our second day there. I called the front desk and they said they'd send someone over. We waited about an hour and no one came, so I called back down. They said Engineering was working on another room and we were next. They said no problem if we are going out, they will fix it anyway. We did go out around 5:30PM and came back at 11. The air was not fixed. I went down to the front desk and was informed that the air was out fo the entire tier of rooms. They assigned us another room. No problem, things happen all the time out of their control. But, I think it could have been handled better. It would have been nice to get a follow up that the A/C could not be fixed and that we were being moved. It also would have been nice to get some help moving our things. They simply dropped off a luggage cart at the door. Needless to say, packing up your room at 11PM and moving was not ideal. That was our only complaint. The hotel is immaculate and the staff are very nice.

Newer, well done hotel. Good value for the area. I had an issue with the room I was assigned. I got a welcome text from the front desk, told them about my concern and they changed my room and upgraded to a larger.room. Staff member Vee was very responsive - friendly at check in and helpful in the switch.

Excellent stay!

Extremely nice check in staff! We stayed on the way to Savannah and mentioned that we would be back the next Saturday and they gave us free breakfast! Very pleasant staff. Excellent rooms, nice bathrooms and comfy beds. This is the only place we stay when we come to Atlanta.
