Awful hotel! They actually deducted $150, upon arrival. This in addition to the room money. Stains on the sheets, blood, hair and body fluids. A drug deal in the parking lot. As far as the money, $150 they said I may get back in 10 days after they check the disgusting room we actually paid for! NEVER AGAIN will I book through this company! The worst experience if ever had at a hotel! They need to just close it down! Itneecompany!!!

The bed was filthy. Pervious customers pissed the mattress out and instead of cleaning it up the staff just covered it up. My mom woke up swollen and itching. I hate I didn’t inspect before we laid down but we were so exhausted when we finally got in that night.

The gentleman at the check in desk was very nice. the room was fine, but the coffee maker was questionable at best. there was no ice on 6th or fifth floor. I went to main floor. There was no bathmat in the bathroom. AC was loud. Parking lot did seem safe. Minor issues, but price was reasonable.

Nice Hotel and neighborhood

The property is nice, the room was comfortable, and the staff is great. The hallways can use some vacuuming and the only elevator is overused. The swimming pool is awsome.

The room was horrible, the tubs had mold ask to get room change they stated that ALL the rooms had black mold in the ring of the tub. HAIR WAS ON THE BED AS WELL.

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't obtain my second room because of the problem with not excepting the form of payment I had. I paid for the room with my chime debit carts but they wouldn't except the same card for my deposit payment and I wasn't notified of this issue. I only had evicted money on the card they would except for one of the rooms. And two of my guests had to sleep in the car. But they still took my painted fir that room i didn't have the deposit for. I even had cash but they wouldn't take that either.

Floors were dirty, garbage over flowing . Hallways smelled like pee. Tub was full of mold . The pool was green and had green algae all over it couldn’t even swim our whole trip . Doors didn’t work with key to get into building had to always go through main entrance while having to park in back . Washed clothes on our last night and the dryer didn’t work had to spend over 8$ to run it multiple times at a hour each run . After 4 hours decided to just have them damp and go to laundry mat near by . I wouldn’t stay here again.
