You can literally hear the upstairs tenant walking back and forth. There was also some sort of water leak from upstair; I couldn’t sleep because of the sound from the water dripping.

We had an excellent stay at this adorable home. The house was so cute and had all that you could need. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials, basic soaps were available, and there were plenty of extra towels, blankets, etc. Both beds were very comfortable. My husband and I loved the wood floors and other charming details. The host was always fast to reply and very helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Great location

House was clean and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials. Loved the decor! As many others have posted, you certainly can hear rush hour traffic but it didn't bother us. The midtown location was convenient to so many spots in Atlanta.

This is an amazing property to stay at. It's very cozy and exactly as advertised. Host is very helpful and very quick to respond and resolve any issues that may come up during your stay. Would definitely book this property again as we go to Atlanta 3-4 times a year. Location is perfect.

Great location, comfortable apartment!

We spent a week at this apartment, and we had a great time. It’s located perfectly for exploring midtown, downtown, and all spots surrounding the city. It was attractively decorated and was stocked with everything we could need. Parking in back was much appreciated in this location. There was street noise, but it became white noise very quickly. The Atlanta Botanical Garden across the street (and Piedmont Park) were gorgeous, and it’s a short walk to the High Art Museum and other cultural destinations. We could walk to restaurants and groceries, so we spent less time in Atlanta traffic. We recommend Krog Street Market for a meal, and Bantam and Biddy nearby. Thanks for a great stay!

Very Nice Property

We were in town for a long weekend, our first time in Atlanta. They property is clean and very nice. As mentioned in other reviews, it is on a busy street. It wasn't so noisy that you couldn't fall asleep. We actually didn't really even notice traffic noise. The only minor difficulty that we encountered was when an Uber came to pick up/drop off. Depending on the time of day, it was hard for them to stop on the street. There are side streets just a block or two in either direction that we would walk to in order to catch an Uber, so not a big deal but want to mention it so others can prepare accordingly. If I return to Atlanta, I would strongly consider staying at this property again.

Great location, super clean

Great location for the family activities we were doing all over Midtown and Piedmont Park. Off-street reserved parking is a super useful feature. Highly recommend, and would absolutely stay here again.

Adorable, immaculate, well located cottage

This property is so cute and cozy and fully stocked with everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies and Teresa even included coffee, wine, water and fruit for our stay. The house was super clean and well organized. The location can’t be beat right across from the Atlanta Botanical Gardens and includes off street parking. Teresa was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

We could live here

Loved our stay and the house. Perfect for two couples exploring Atlanta. Loved being so close to Piedmont Park with lots of restaurants and stores situated within a half mile or a little more. House was perfect and well stocked. The only potential negative for some was that it was on a busy street but we had no issues with that. We would l Iove to visit Atlanta again and, if so, hope to stay at the same place. All four of us said we could easily live there.

Looking for a place to live in Midtown

We came to Atlanta to spend a few days to help our daughter find a place to live as she recently accepted a job in the area. The home is absolutely beautiful —almost right off an episode on HGTV! The area is quiet and peaceful. Everything that was written about the home in the VRBO listing was to the exact detail. Very clean!! My daughter and I wish it was available to rent because she would take it!!

Paradise on Piedmont

If I could give 10 stars I would. Teresa is an exceptional host. Never have I stayed in a VRBO that is so clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Teresa goes beyond kind to her guests. The rental has everything needed to make your stay feel like home. It’s in the perfect location to enjoy all the activities Atlanta has to offer. Walking distance to Piedmont park and botanical gardens, grocery stores and restaurants. This is my second visit to the rental and will stay again on our next visit. Thank you Teresa for making our trip to Atlanta feel like coming home. You are awesome!

The vacation with family that was much needed

The property was fully equipped with most essentials that one would need when away from home, cozy & comfortable. The only complaint is the renters in the upstairs apartment were very noisy at night when we were trying to sleep walking across the floors back and forth as if it was early in the day!
