Cozy Southern Retreat in the heart of Atlanta. Very clean, completely remodeled single family home to yourself! You will feel at home in this 2 bedrooms and one bathroom home fully stocked for whatever your needs are. Plenty of linens, blankets, cookware, glassware, etc. Sleeps 4, but the couch does fold out for anyone extra. Driveway fits two or three cars. 2 smart TV's. Whether a business trip or leisure, you are sure to have everything you need to be comfortable in this Southern styled home. Close to everything. You can UBER to everything but this is most suited for those travelers that have a vehicle. Although Marta (bus) does come through the neighborhood (steps away) to take you where you need to go.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Old National Park. The holiday home offers 2 bathrooms.

Didnt stay, so gross, house manager wouldnt hire a cleaning company.

Host is in NY. Has a "house manager" (the old guy/neighbor) and he would not contract with a Professional cleaning company. Even when VRBO called & emailed the day we were supposed,to checkin. There were damp towels in the dryer, not enough linens for the 5 beds, and the home had definitely Not been cleaned since the last tenant with dog vacated the premised... leaving behind pills in the bathroom drawers and dog piss in MULTIPLE locations throughout the house. This house has NOT been professionally cleaned in a WHILE. Then the house manager SAID the neighborhood is "not safe" and to let him know if we needed groceries, that he would go to store for us. There were Alcohol bottles out front of the house and the back deck was basically unusable due to buildup of debris (pine needles/leaves). There is no key to the home, some guy showed up to give us the code to the front door & security system (basic start codes) that probably havent been changed, ever. I never received a call from the host though she claims to have tried to call me multiple times. VRBO rep said he sent them an email to get the property professionaly cleaned, but i think he sent it only to my email instead, and there was no further contact from him or the host the 2nd day saying it had been cleaned and was ready. We have been asking for a refund for over a month now. If she hasnt done so by now, this host is going to have to find a new local house management company and not rely on the cheapskate neighbor.

Great home

Great home for me and my family. Had some communication issues to book the home and the check in was horrible. But once we got inside home everything was good. It was clean they had pretty much everything we needed and the communication got better.

Very Rude owner - Not allowed to stay

I booked this reservation for my family to stay at Atlanta but when I reached there and called the owner at first, she did not pick up the phone then I had to call her several times to pick up the phone because the checking code are not working properly and the owner said that she forgot the check-in code. I had to stand outside in the cold with my family with a three year old kid for half an hour, and then the owner said that she’s going to send the property manager to reset the code for me after a few minutes, I saw that there is another family who is also coming to check in then the owner called me and said that she cannot guarantee my reservation because she already had the reservation confirmed from another website so she did not accept my reservation from Vrbo and I had to go and find another hotel at the last moment with my family it was a horrible experience I request everyone not to book this day from the owner because the owner is a real FRAUD.
