All bedrooms had ceilings fans and that was greatly appreciated! The beds were comfortable. Easy check in/out process. I was there for a short time so didn’t really utilize the kitchen. It worked out perfectly for what I needed.

Birthday and concert girls' trip

The property was relaxing and spacious, making it feel like a home away from home. Boasting outdoor seating in the front and the back to get breath of fresh air was very nice. Each room was designed for comfort, rather for a nap or just watching tv with access to firestick applications. The house is alexa connected, so setting reminders or getting updates was awesome with excellent wifi. Two full baths with plenty of storage space, cute makeup cloths, shampoo, shower gel, extra towels and blowdryers. Washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hamper, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, and over the range microwave helped to make us feel comfortable. Having the throwblanket with the sofa, made movie/tv watching so relaxing. It was midpoint for alot of fun things to do-state farm stadium was not far away, but was away from all of hustle and bustle. Definitely great for ubering around. This is on my save list for any return trips.

Property was clean. Backyard was a patch of grass. Cigarette burns throughout the floor. Had an incident with a bathroom door knob that was faulty. Management was disrespectful and not accommodating at all.

Overall a good experience

The house is lovely. Easy access to many places downtown. A cute coffee shop only a 5 minute walk away. The neighborhood was quiet and we all felt safe. There are a few vacant house on the block but that’s just what comes with this type of changing neighborhood. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again and the property manager checked in with us daily via the VRBO app. Quick responses and answered right away when I called. Overall a very good experience and property for what we needed.

House great, the neighborhood is a complete disaster

The home is beautiful completely remodeled, but the neighborhood is horrible. Two house across the street redone the rest either boarded up, falling down, vacant. Next corner over illegal activity, enough said. The owners did a fantastic job remodeling home, but the neighborhood needs a few more years for the houses to be remodeled. Weekend getaway!

This place is fantastic. The host is very prompt with contacting you and keeping you updated. Location is on a quiet street and not far from many of the major attractions. Would definitely stay there again! 5 STARS!

Lovely space

We absolutely enjoyed the home. It’s spacious, pretty, and very comfortable. It’s an up and coming neighborhood though so there are a mix of nice homes and abandoned homes and it didn’t feel the safest. The seller had very bright lights out front so that definitely helped. We didn’t have any issues though and I’m sure in a couple years the neighborhood will be totally fine. The house itself is great and the owner was available for communication at all times.
