My son and I had made the switch from another property due to a whole host of issues. Upon arrival, Gift and Tunde (two Omni associates) noticed my exasperation. They welcomed my son and me to the hotel and went above and beyond to ensure that we were accommodated. They were gracious and kind and their actions were much appreciated! The hotel is well maintained. Service is excellent. Valet is speedy. As well, the staff at The National Anthem restaurant on property couldn't have been nicer. All around, we had an excellent 2 days. Highly recommend.

So convenient to the Battery and Truist! Clean and nice rooms. Two bars available for pre game and post. Down side was an absolute wreck of a valet system. Terrible mess when checking in and took way too long to retrieve our car when leaving.
