I used to love this hotel. On my most recent stay, there was no soap in the bathroom, the amenities closet was completely empty. The room carpets were stained and dirty.

We loved everything and everyone. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. We weill definitely be back. I loved the inviting music once we entered our room. We we felt so safe and like a part of your family. Keep doing what you do. I cant say enough on how lovely the staff was and how clean the hotel was.
