Staff was super nice. Location was pretty good for things to do. However, the no tv in the room was a turning point. The tv that was provided was pretty much an iPad on a stand. $30 for parking was absolutely insane.

Love the vibe of the room! The kitchen had new appliances that were in perfect condition and definitely matched the the style of the space. The bedroom was cute, but a little small, almost Japanese-closet type. The free drink was water, maybe should mention that beforehand. But the deal I got on the room was great and the staff were wonderful.

The room was very clean and great to have a kitchen. Be ready for the bed, which is basically in an alcove with a wall at the foot of the bed. There is no TV in the room, so you will have to ask for one. When you get it, it's basically a computer monitor on wheels. You'll only have streaming services to watch. Staff at check-in was great. During our stay, the toilet backed up. When we called about it, we got a plunger to use ourselves-not hotel staff helping. We ended up needing extra towels because the toilet overflowed. We went to the front desk and had to argue to get towels- we were told we had to ask housekeeping for those. Finally got them, but shouldn't have had to basically beg. Last of all, we had a VIP stay that was supposed to come with free drinks. The hotel didn't give us anything to receive those.

I can’t speak more highly of the staff, especially Kathlyn and Monika! Kathlyn was just so sweet and super friendly with my little corgi named Copernicus. Everyone just wonderful and the rooms are perfect for long travel as they are super clean, very modern, and love the fact it had a washer dryer in the unit.
