My family and I rented this residence while on spring break. The residence is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. When we first arrived, our front door code did not work as we had a delayed flight and arrived around 9:30pm. We had to contact VRBO headquarters in order to gain access into the residence which took approximately 25 minutes. They knew we were coming, the house was paid in full; it didn't make sense to cancel our electronic door code for check in. Once we checked in we saw that the kitchen door was unlocked. The interior of the residence is old and outdated. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds that are extremely low to the ground and uncomfortable to sleep in. The bathrooms are old moldy and dingy. The towels in the linen closet provided for guests were damp and nowhere near dry. Who would put damp towels in the linen closet? We purchased towels the following morning. Because of the moldy outdated bathrooms, uncomfortable beds and dated interior my family decided to cut our trip short and head back home. The pictures online do not represent the current state of this home which is in desperate need of an extreme makeover.
