Only stayed one night but it was amazing. The room was clean and the bed soft!! Front desk was able to answer all questions and help me out!! Would definitely be staying again at any chance I get!! We were even able to check out easy and fast around 10:30 and hop right in the shuttle for the airport. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother transition!!

Not bad but could do better

The staff was professional and friendly, my room was clean but seemed a bit worn down and dated. The only place that I noticed needed cleaning was the elevator a clump of dirt from someone shoe stayed in the elevator the entire time I was there.

The room was filthy. Food crumbs on the floor, walls were extremely dirty. Chair to the desk still had food in it, shower had hair in it. I’m sure the thick layer of chauk in the shower was to cover up the mold that was still at the top of the shower. I will never book Sonesta again.

The hotel was very clean, and I would recommend it overall. The breakfast was excellent, and the pool area was well-maintained with fresh towels always available. However, I did experience several inconveniences during my stay. The laundry machines were labeled as $3 each for the washer and dryer, but I was charged $8 per machine with no refund, as hotel staff said they were not responsible for laundry. Additionally, the microwave was located outside the room, which meant I had to leave the room in my pajamas at different hours to heat my child’s milk. The ice machines on all floors were out of order, and the only alternative was the restaurant on the main floor, which closed at 11 p.m. The shuttle bus also did not run as advertised; instead of operating every 30 minutes, it ran from 4:30 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. Unfortunately, I needed to leave for my flight at 3 a.m. and was advised by hotel staff to order an Uber, as they could not assist me. Lastly, when I reserved the room, it was listed as accommodating six people. However, the room only had two full beds and a sofa chair. As a result, I ended up sleeping on the floor so my four children could sleep comfortably. While I appreciated the cleanliness and breakfast, these issues made the stay less convenient than expected.

Nice and Clean!!

Clean and quiet. Breakfast not included which was a bomber. Pool closed abruptly. But I’ll definitely stay here again.

Comfortable bed and quiet place to stay Convenient laundry room, washed the bedding by ourselves until service came…It was relaxing actually to have freshly washed linens and make your own bed. Feels like home in a way. Very nice and accommodating, been a loyal Sonesta customer for years.
