If I could give this place a zero, I would.Check-in is at 4pm, we arrived at 9pm Friday 4/17/26, and upon arriving we could not get into the home. I was told the code was the last 4 digits of my telephone number, that code did not work at either the front or back door. I called the manager and she provided me with 5 code which none of them worked either. She had to unlock the door from her side. After getting in the home, me and another adult in my party walked upstairs and turned on the kitchen lights and that is when we were met with ROACHES! Yes roaches. We ended up leaving the home, with the 3 children late at night having to find somewhere else to stay. The owner of the property had the manager, Veronica to ask us to reconsider staying if they sent over their pest control service as per Veronica, pest control was just at the home, 4 days ago. This is clearly a pest issue and is an infestation. They also offered us another property 42 minutes away in Cartersville, however after hours of traveling and it being late night with small kids this wasn’t an option. Eventually I was sent a customer service number to Vrbo to get a refund. After an hour of being on hold for an hour and into midnight a supervisor refunded us half the money to pay for one night at the hotel. And I had to call back Saturday 4/18/26 for the other half of the refund to pay for the 2nd night at the hotel. Another hour of being on the phone with a supervisor we were able to be fully refunded. Nightmare.
