The hotel overbooked and then gave us a downgrade of a room and still charged us the rate we booked. The room smelled and the shower had mold on the curtain. The AC did not work. When we asked for a refund as we decided to leave and stay somewhere else they said the best they could do was to discount the first night. Instead of just giving us money back for the reservation that was already charged to our account. They charged the new cheaper rate for the 1 night and said we can wait up to 7 business days for the full refund of our original reservation. Never have I ever dealt with a hotel like this. You couldn't pay me to stay here again.

Overall experience was OK, room size is pretty big and fairly clean. I asked for another set of linen for the sofa bed, after five times of asking finally the front desk staff gave the set to me. During the requesting process, my daughter asked for a pillow, one of the staff member got upset at her and gave her a dirty look and talked to her in a mean tone. I was shocked but remained calm. I read reviews before I book the hotel and services were poorly rated. I booked it anyways due to the convent location but the service experience was disappointing. I most likely will not choose this hotel again next time visiting Atlanta.

People are checking were pretty rude instead of helping it kind of seem like they just wanted you to get out of their face, saying smart remarks and not really helping out my rooms sliding glass door to the balcony was barricaded shut, but it looked like someone had picked the screws off so you could get out of it, but you also shared a balcony with the next person and there was no lock on my screen door valet took forever to pick up my car and bring my car back although they took forever. They were probably the only nice and welcoming people here.

Came in to "alternate" lobby due to renovations, completely understandable. However, walking into the "higher end" portion of the hotel we were immediately treated as less than. We brushed it off and proceeded to our room which was awesome!! Very large and a spectacular view....until we needed things. Soap and shampoo (large dove bottles locked in)empty, almost no toilet paper, and a coffee pot that had a broken handle and flooded the counters. We asked a housekeeping employee about replacements and was directed to the front desk, what she had some on her cart, for the higher end guests only. Breakfast was the same, per the concierge you are directed to the the resturant " with the glass windows", nope, steerage is around the back in a makeshift dining area. Honestly, the best part of our stay was the view and the lovely gentleman that worked at breakfast. Also, it is very loud in this area at night, light sleepers beware!!

Worst stay ever

I was given a dirty room with dirty pillow cases. We only had enough towels for two people when we booked for four, when I asked for towels they didn’t arrive until 30 mins before checkout. When I received the towels they were dirty and one was bleached. The usual towels are white but these were colored towels. I will post photos below. The valley was very rude. I asked him where was the trash can and he blew his breathe and had an attitude.

Lots of stains on carpet along the hallway and in the lobby. When you first enter the lobby, first thing you see is the valet room with a messy trash can full of trash, and it stayed like that for the 2 days we were there. Scrub marks and dents on wall. Bathtub has rusted scratches. Room faced freeway and next to a hospital, and balcony door couldn’t be closed fully, so it was super noisy at night. Employees are super nice though. But doesn’t look like cleanliness is a priority.
