I would’ve rated the hotel as 10, but it was a bit noisy and more for an energetic crowd. Had a very huge wedding and a few other events going on which made the lobby and surrounding areas overcrowded.

Great polite, front desk restaurant very clean and good menu. The people are always very kind and courteous the whole staff from the parking ballot to the restaurant people Starbucks is very near. The lobby is always full of happy friendly traveling people you can sit and talk in the winter time. The fireplace is awesome. The Christmas tree I just love this hotel and I absolutely love the environment and I love Avalon. May God continue to bless each individual that worked there.
