Felt like home away from home!

This is such a cute little condo, and it was so peaceful with a beautiful backyard and pool. It also is just a minute walk across the backyard to the beach! Me and my fiancĂ© and two kiddo’s ages 10, 12 stayed here for a week. This place was a perfect place for our beach vacation, it had everything you need and theirs so much to do on and off the island!! This was our first time visiting this area and it’s by far my favorite beach trip to yet! It was small but we didn’t need anything big as we didn’t plan on spending much time in the condo anyway. This place had a comfortable queen bed and a futon couch/bed, and it had a full size refrigerator and a stove! It was a wonderful place and made for an awesome trip!!
Such a cozzy place to spend much needed family time!
We found so many beautiful shells of all kinds!!

Like an 80’s Motel Room

300 sq ft efficiency with small stove, fridge and keurig . Seems to be a converted old motel. Had to reach over stove to use microwave. Asked to empty the dehumidifier twice a day and pay 10 cash for clean towels. However this is very close to beach access, less than one minute walk. Pet is extra 100

Our 3 Day Getaway

This was our first time visiting Atlantic Beach, NC, and we didn't know what to expect. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find that all our needs were met. The condo matched the online description perfectly, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. We communicated with the owner without any issues, and they were extremely helpful. The beach was breathtaking. The only downside, for us, was that we had to drive to reach restaurants, the drug store, the grocery store, and other amenities. Nonetheless, we look forward to returning another time!

Wonderful stay

This was our first time vacationing at Atlantic Beach. The place was perfect for us and love that it is also dog friendly. The hosts were prompt and thorough in their communication and even left a little birthday card for my son when I communicated that this was his birthday trip. The beach access was so close, the room was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a wonderful vacation for us!

Weekend getaway

Clean. Accurate description in pictures, has everything you need. I would suggest bringing extra towels/wash cloths. Steps away from the beach. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway, or longer really. The only thing that got me is there’s a bar for a curtain, but no curtain at the window. Despite there being blinds, with the lights outside, it was like the sun was shining in the window all night and it made it really hard to sleep/stay asleep.

Atlantic Beach Vacation

The property is easy to access and keys, rules, etc are explained ahead of time. The bed was comfortable and overall everything was clean. I would suggest the owner/manager adding some curtains since it's pretty bright with only blinds. It was quiet, not able to hear other's TV's or conversations through walls which helped my 9 lb anxious dog stay pretty calm. Also, I would suggest a handrail in the semi-circle shaped shower.

Nice place

This is a nice little place to stay
perfect size for me and my fiancĂ© and our little dog. Beach access was close and the room provided all the little necessities you need but usually don’t want to pack (dishes, etc.) The only thing I would of have changed was the bed mattress
I like mine soft and it was definitely on the firm side but if that’s what you like then it’s not a problem. And even if it’s not what you like the futon worked fine. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again!

The location was great with the private beach and restaurants were close by. The room was clean and well decorated. Was expecting a larger bed than just a double for my wife and after being upgraded from original booking thats under renovation. Other than the sleeping arrangements we enjoyed are vacation.

Quick beach trip

Space was clean and convenient to beach and restaurants. Clearly an old motel with an attempt to upgrade. Ok for a short stay. Not where I’d choose to stay more than 1-2 nights. Same property had another building that looked better aesthetically from the outside.

The good, the bad and the ugly

Condo was on the ocean and there was a nice gazebo with a view of the ocean. Very tiny converted motel room. The conversion was very poorly done. Unit was service clean. Needs a deep cleaning. Building is in terrible condition.

Good for spending all day at the beach

My husband daughter and I stayed here. It was perfect to shower and sleep after the beach. All restaurants and things todo are so close by. Check-in/out was easy. We loved it here.
