BATHROOM: 1 full bathroom - Stocked with needed amenities for a comfortable stay.



This unit comfortably sleeps 8 people. All bedrooms have comfortable and freshly cleaned linens.

BEDROOM ONE: 1 King Sized Bed, a Smart TV, and a private nook.

BEDROOM TWO: Queen Bed & Futon with Smart TV.

LIVING ROOM: 1 Queen Pull Out and a large Smart TV - Unit contains two extra pair of linens and pillows.

Smoking policy:

This is a non-smoking property, including the front of the building.

$100 fee for any cigarette butts left outside.

$200 fee for any signs of smoking inside the home.



Pet policy:

Sorry, no pets allowed.

$300 fee for any unauthorized pets on the property.



Cleaning policy

Please respect the home.

Excessive cleaning (stains, odors, pet mess, trash, etc.) may result in up to a $700 cleaning fee.



Check-in:

Check-in time is 4:00 PM.

Early check-in may be requested 48 hours in advance.

No early check-in between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Please report any issues immediately upon arrival to avoid being held responsible.



Check-out:

Check-out time is 10:00 AM sharp.

Late check-out is available for a $125 fee (must be pre-approved).

If housekeeping is delayed due to a late departure, a $125 fee will apply.



Lost and found:

Forgot something? We’re happy to mail it back.

A $25 shipping and handling fee will apply.

We have a property manager and maintenance team in place, ready to address any and all of your needs in a timely manner! We are available via text/call/Airbnb messenger 24/7.
