FairBridge Hotel is conveniently located and a good place to rest. It could use a little touch up but the amenities were good, the breakfast varied and good. The staff was very professional and friendly. The elevator was not working for most of our stay nevertheless we were lucky to be on the 2nd floor. Overall I’d rate it an 8 out of 10.

No parking. Got told to park in the grass. House keeper never came to our room. Asked for more pillows and was told they didnt have anymore. Breakfast was a complete joke. Wont be back

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt inclined because the rating I saw for this hotel on Expedia was not reflected when I arrived. The building was run down and in a bad area. I’m not from New Jersey, so I wasn’t aware of this. Aside from that, there was limited parking in the front. I got to the front desk to check in and the staff was nice but seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. They also charged me a deposit I was not aware I was going to have to pay, but that was on me. The room was not at all like in the pictures. It was also kind of run down but the bathroom was nice & it was clean. I will say that I did go to use the ice bucket and it was actually dirty. Like food and hair was stuck to it. I would’ve used the bag it came with but it was actually stuck to the top of the bucket & I was so disgusted I decided against even getting any ice or using any of the other cups provided. There was also water damage on the ceiling and looking up when I woke up while the sun lit up the room was quite a surprise. The TV was fine but they had VERY limited channels. Like maybe 5, but it took me a while to find them. As I said, the bathroom was nice and seemed clean. Although, when we woke up to shower before leaving the hot water stopped working & warm water would go in and out. The stay was short so it wasn’t terrible but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying longer than a night.

Arrived 30 mins after check in and the room was just being "cleaned". Stains on bedding, ironing board, carpeting and towels. Ceiling had water damage stains. Towels had hair from someone else on them. One of the reserved rooms smelled of weed. Elevator smelled and seemed to need servicing.

Mean customer service with hidden fees!! BEWARE!!!

Well at first check in I booked six nights but when I got there they switched to five saying they don’t do anymore than five. Then the next big kicker is $100 a night deposit are they crazy I told them I don’t have money like that I’m on the verge of being homeless now I’m in tears cause they are being so stern and harsh well that’s our policy and blah blah blah I said well when I booked on hotel .com it did not say anything about a deposit of $100 every night so now I guess because I’m in tears he is now finagling with me I finally said $200 but I guess I won’t eat dinner while I’m here cause that’s my spending money!! Then well you better not smoke in our rooms cause then it’s $250 plus security deposit there is an outdoor spot outback for that. And we need you to check out on the 2 nd or our boss will be mad. Like who tells a customer that!!!!!

During the check in process, I was caught off guard by the security deposit since it was not stated anywhere on the website. The gentleman behind the counter was very rude about me being unaware of the deposit. Okay well that right there makes me never want to stay here again. I go up to the room, the tube has mold around the seals and on the shower curtain. The toilet had a brown ring in it and in the bottom of the tub. I will gladly spend my money else where

Rating: 10/10 I had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were exactly as advertised, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was a highlight—it felt amazing, and the water was perfect. Highly recommend! Room 208 is the best!!

it’s nice the hotel is located close off the Parkway; easy access! Unfortunately one of the power outlet in the room was not working; did address it to the management and still wasn’t fix. The morning hours was a little bit loud; not sure if it’s from the staff or the people who were staying in the hotel.
