Cette belle unité de condo en bord de mer est au deuxiÚme étage. Cette unité de 2 étages dispose de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, 5 couchages, une piscine olympique et un excellent accÚs à la plage. Asseyez-vous sur votre terrasse et écoutez l'océan ou descendez le chemin de la plage. Ce condo a tous les nouveaux meubles, nouveau plancher au 1er niveau, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée pour vos activités culinaires et 3 téléviseurs HD. (Y compris 50 "4K Smart TV dans le salon) Il y a un accÚs Internet pour ceux qui veulent suivre les médias sociaux ou jouer à des jeux vidéo. La location comprend 5 badges de plage et 5 pass piscine. 2 chaises de plage et quelques jouets de plage pour les enfants (ou les adultes semblables à des enfants) sont fournis.

Vous devrez apporter des draps king (chambre principale) et des draps jumeaux pour la (chambre loft) ainsi que des serviettes de bain et de plage. Nous fournissons des oreillers, des couettes et des couvertures.
Nous avons une cafetiÚre "K-Cup", alors apportez votre café préféré.

Brigantine

My stay in this Brigantine condo was very nice! It was clean, organized and spacious for myself and my daughters. There were many items included such as beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach buggy, which made it a lot easier for us! The pool was also a nice option as well for my girls if they did not feel like going down to the beach. Jeff was very helpful and accommodating with his tips and information! We had a very lovely stay! We plan on going back again very soon!

Amazing Condo, Unbeatable Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Brigantine Beach Loft over the last week. We were in town for a week long event at Harrah’s but were so happy to have found this gem. The beach loft is exactly as pictured in the ad. Well maintained, clean and comfortably furnished. The loft was a perfect get away for our kids and Jeff and Laura have it set up as a nice little oasis for them. The labels throughout were super helpful and they thought of everything from chilled mugs in the freezer to great books on the shelves. The property was gorgeous. The pool was clean and spacious, the parking lot was easy to maneuver and the proximity to the beach was perfect. A short walk and you are splashing in the waves. It’s also a close drive to AC so if you have an event and don’t want to stay in a large resort, this is perfect. Jeff was outstanding to deal with and was even able to add a day onto our booking last minute when we had to unexpectedly stay an extra day. We hope to return every year!

Perfect Family Getaway

This is a great condo for a couple and a few kids. The owners have a loft for kids with cute toys, games, and their own bathroom. The adult master bedroom was very nice and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach, nice pool, and close to essentials like the grocery store. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice stay

We had a great time staying at this very well maintained property. The condo was very spacious and was well thought out. The owners left many thoughtful amenities in the property. The upstairs loft was a perfect set up for children (toys, books, board games and even a telescope) it was very nice having all of the space. The condo is well stocked. The owners were quick to respond and very helpful. The only complaints I have which aren’t the owners faults at all is it’s a hike to beach ( as all Jersey shores are) the chairs at the pool were gross and I wish I could have seen / heard the ocean from the deck. But the condo was beautiful and VERY clean I definitely recommend this condo

Wonderful Week

The condo had everything we needed. Books and games are a nice added touch. 14 year old girl loved having the loft as a home base away from the adult s. Clean and comfortable. The island had good food options and the girls loved Mission in the mornings. The pool was great and the beach was nice. It is a long walk to the beach, but worth it. We had a great time.

Great stay for a family.

Great stay for our family- house, beach, and pool were great. We really appreciated how well stocked the house was. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for our family of 5, beds were comfy, and there were a ton of books, board games, and toys for the kids. They loved having the loft bedroom and bathroom to themselves! The house is right as you come on Brigantine on the quieter end of the island, but still a super quick drive to the grocery store and wawa, which was convenient. We love how quaint and relaxing Brigantine is and absolutely would stay here again. Thanks for a lovely week!

Family vacation!

We went with our three kids under 10. They absolutely loved their own private loft. I was pleasantly surprised that there were 2 trundle beds in addition to the 2 twins that were up there, we were ready with an air mattress for our third but didn't need it! We prepare a fair number of our own meals on vacation and the kitchen was very well equipped. 2 balconies, one on each level, the main you can not see the ocean due to the large dune, the balcony from the loft you can! Pool is only open 11-6, that was slightly frustrating as we love to swim in the evenings. Unit is on the second floor so be prepared to do stairs. No street to cross to get to the beach, this condo is first building next to the dune. But the walk is fairly long due to the wide dune and wide sand beach. Took about 10 minutes to get to the waters edge. Great lifeguard situation right where you come out onto the beach, no need to walk extra to get to a guarded section. Overall we had an awesome time!

Beach Stay

Jeff's condo had everything we needed for our week at the beach. The walk through the dunes was a little lengthy to get to the water, we just planned on staying there once we were there. The pool is very nice, but the hours open should go into the evening hours. Thank you Jeff!

Great place for our family

We had a great week in Brigantine. Our place had everything we needed for our vacation week. Clean and nicely upgraded areas, with enough room for us to relax between beach days. Perfectly located next to beach and near shopping and restaurants. Parking and pool are a bonus. The owner Jeff, checked on us prior to ensure we were ready with all the information needed and checked on us during the week to see if all was going well. Thank you for letting us stay.

Wonderful spot

Love staying here at the Islander. Love to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze, proximity to the beach is fabulous and also really enjoyed the pool. The condo layout works really well for our older kids to come and have their own space upstairs. Owner was very attentive to our needs. Would stay here again.

Brigantine Loft

Wonderful property in a great development. This was our first trip to Brigantine and would definitely return. Amenities- pool and beach access were great. Property was super clean and the loft was great for the kids. Owner was super receptive to our needs. Check in was super easy.
