We stayed in the coastal tower. I did not care for the decor. The hallway was extremely dark The walls were painted dark purple and the doors were dark brown. The elevators were small. The room itself was fairly nice, we had a corner suite. The room could have been cleaner. I did not notice any dust. A few unknown stains on the walls. Some specks on the floors. Crumbs in the fridge. I would stay at this hotel again but in a different tower with better decor.

A luxurious place but indoor smoking is unhealthy and unacceptable mostly if you have kids with you .even the non smoking room smells smoke .second hand or third hand smoking is worst than first hand.😤

After staying at Ocean, Harrahs is a dump. I thought we were in Walmart. It’s very inconvenient, with a long walk from the Waterfront Towers to find restaurants. And the term “Waterfront” tower is deceptive. First room overlooked the roof, a/c units, and dome of the inside pool (which is an overcrowded noisy zoo), where the TV and internet didn’t work. Next room facing the harbor was nice, but not worth $350 for one night! And no clock. It took a hour to get our luggage delivered after valet parking. The concert center is like an old small movie theater. Your knees are almost touching the stage in the front row. And also overpriced for the venue. ONE positive is that all of the staff is very nice. We only live a hour away, buy we will not be going back.

Its excellent, the room was perfect, just like the picture, the view from the room was amazing. The hotel offers many dining options, the pool, you need to pay for everything you consume but they worth it. I had a great time here.

The first night we stayed one of the beds had chip crumbs in it. The toilet paper holder was falling off and the room was hot. My friends got bit up by something in their beds.
