We stay at a nonsmoking room but the whole place, room, carpet, bathroom and bedsheets smell like cigarettes. It took us forever to reach the front desk. They also do a poor job at registration as soon as you get to the valet area between the people parking the cars to the front desk people it felt like we were bargaining to get our room.
