It was pretty frustrating showing up for the check in of a prepaid room (king bed), only to find out the hotel was out of the type of room I selected and they wanted to give me the cheaper room (queen bed) at the higher price I already paid for my selected room!

The room had a broken heater that made a clicking sound. They came to "fix" it but it did not heat up properly. We had to ask for blankets because the room was so cold. The hotel lobby worker was unfriendly and uninterested in our situation. The whole building smells like smoke. Our sinuses were affected, and I had a headache after being there for a day. So glad we got to leave. We will not be returning there.

Check in was great, and we got an upgrade to an amazing room. The pool was a little strange and when we finally decided to use the hot tub they said we had to pay $27 each as there was a DJ! That's terrible for the people staying there.
