Fantastic resort. Room had amazing water views. Had the best massage ever at the spa. Some of the restaurants were not open during the week days even though it was restaurant week. Also the room was beautiful but the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Over all highly recommend

I have been here several times and this has been the only hotel I stay at when I’m in AC. Absolutely my favorite. It’s very up to date & modern . Staff has always been very friendly and property is clean . The last time we arrived ,the bathroom seemed a little dirty and housekeeping came up immediately to clean.

pay attention to the lil things

i stayed in room 1605. the air conditioning ticked all night loudly couldnt sleep. the bathroom sink closest to the light leaks water all over the sink. Do you guys inspect the rooms periodically ….walk through to check the upkeep of the rooms. its a beautiful property but the small things are being ignored.

Oceans is beautiful, inviting with friendly staff. The room was clean housekeeper Jacqueline very attentive. Pool area seemed unsupervised and was very crowded. Visit was during spring break, normally not the case. Common areas and vestibules by elevators with garbages overflowing… again normally not the case.
