This trip was different then any other we have had at Ocean. From the start nothing was ready had to check in with front desk staff over 45 minutes. You are paying for an expierance and good money make it happen, Then the room looked a mess and even one robe was missing off the hanger. Attention to detail is huge. They missed the boat big this time.
