I was very disappointed we got charged a $75 fee when we were told our room was ready many hours prior to check in the pool was closed for a private event and our room was filthy. We found an earring bottle cap and dead flowers in our room so apparently it hasn’t been clean properly. The only good thing was the spa massages were great and the steakhouse and raw bar was amazing and the service was amazing but the hotel room was terrible.

Well arriving was fine, I paid for late checkout however came back to room well before 1 pm only to have been locked out, then when we left we saw that valet parking had done some damage to car, paid 15.00$ for valet to have damage ? Very convenient location. Beach view was nice. Lady in shop was very rude about me coming in to get Tylenol after she had mopped. Before checkout we loaded our car went for breakfast at Breadsticks at 8am with the intentions of showering after breakfast so I had left my shower products in room. We returned to room after breakfast at 9am and cleaning staff had thrown out my stuff and room was being cleaned with a do not disturb sign on door. Other than that trip was decent.

Some of staff were very short and dry. We expected to find liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner but instead they had tiny soaps, and little containers of shampoo and conditioner. Housekeeping asked several times if we were leaving soon way before check out time.

Overall it was a good time but the only iOS had was that we did arrive early, we checked in and had to wait for our room to be ready. So after 6 hours the room still wasn’t ready and it took 3 attendees before the one actually took time and accommodated us and offered us another room.
