Had booked for a three day four night stay . During must stay the pool was closed for maintenance or whatever reason every day the hotel was decent did not get the room that I had booked stayed on an older side of the building. I believe the room needs modifications could not accommodate me with a microwave because there was not one in the room, also had plumbing issues on the first day. They failed to maintenance that until The next afternoon, most of the restaurants close that are relatively early time did get a chance to enjoy overall I would say it was decent other than complications probably not at this time

Stayed here to see a concert and it was just wonderful. I enjoy the kind of rustic vibe of the hotel. Bed was comfortable and the curtains blacked out the room PERFECTLY! No cracks in the curtains for the sun to peak in which made me happy. After our night I wanted to sleep. Would definitely stay again. There is a Dunkin Donuts inside Casino which was also a great selling point for me.

I liked that the property was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the room was next to the elevators and you could hear when the elevators were going up and down.

everything was great, but I was very disappointed that the indoor pool was not open during the entirety of my stay. i was comped one night of resort fees but that’s it. they refused to extend family pool time beyond 2pm to accommodate the time we were unable to access the pool as well. overall, I’d stay again but I’d just hope that we’d have pool access as that’s the main reason I chose Resorts to begin with.

I was offered an “upgrade” to our room when we got there for $30 extra, I said you know what why not. I’ve never had a room with just a sink in the bathroom. No where to put any of my stuff, the room was old, had that old smoke smell in it and I guess the only thing that made it a junior suite was the couch and extra tv on the wall by it. Neither tv would get off of the guide channel so we watched Mario Lopez talk about things to do there all night. The pool area is nice, but the guy working the desk was pretty rude. It’s convenient to stay here as it’s right next to hard rock, showboat (for the kids) and ocean and is typically cheaper to stay. Guess you get what you pay for

The room was ok at a glance, but was very very dusty. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the staff was nice. Overall the stay was pleasant but I would definitely bring my wet wipes to wipe down the counters.
