Amanda at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. My wife didn’t bring a hair dryer assuming one would be in the room. There wasn’t one in the room, but the front desk sent one to the room free of charge. Overall, the hotel is a little dated, but that would explain the lower nightly rate compared to other hotel/casinos on the boardwalk. I would recommend staying here but don’t expect glamorous.

The first tower they put us in was absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't even take my shoes off to walk on that carpet and everything looked used, worn, and dirty. The bed and pillows were all lumpy. Had to pay extra to be moved to the newer tower. Staff isnt pleasant or helpful at all. There are hardly any spots for dining. Had to leave the hotel to find a restaurant. Would not come here again
