Wesley Stay

Ocean City, NJ is a fun, family town. There are many local happenings and things to do. The property, located in Santa Barbara North, is located close to shops and eateries. Beach and pool tags are provided. The pool is located a short walk away in the sister building. Mostly all of the rooms are 1 bedroom apartments with a full/queen bed and pull-out couch, kitchen area, and bathroom. The hosts were always happy to assist if there was anything we needed. They were courteous and accommodating and made sure we were happy with our stay. Thank you for hosting us!

Rusted stairwells

The building has 2 stairwells. The are steel with a concrete-like tread. They underlying steel is rusted and one step collapsed completely and this set of stairs was blocked off for the rest of our stay. At least one on the other stairwell seemed likely to rust through soon. One end of the railing on the 3rd floor rusted and separated from the wall. Several of the uprights broke free. This was roped off with yellow caution tape but no action the entire time we were there. There was no notice about any of this. We informed owner.

The perfect little condo

We had a great trip! The condo is in a great location two short blocks to the beach and board walk. It has the added perk of private parking so you don’t have to stress about finding street parking in the busy summer. Although we didn’t have to drive anywhere once we got there all the best attractions and restaurants are just take a short walk. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Including beach chairs and an umbrella. The owners were super quick to respond to any questions we had, it added a nice personal touch. We will be staying again when we go to Ocean City.

Perfection!

I stayed at the Wesley Ave Ocean City condo for 1 month. If I could give the owners and their property 10 stars I would. The condo was pristine, comfortable, cozy and had everything I needed for my stay including covered parking. The location is in a safe neighborhood, very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts Chris and Colleen were fantastic. I highly recommend Chris and Colleen’s condo as it is truly a home away from home!

Chris and Colleen were the ultimate considerate hosts, very interested in the satisfaction of their guests. Condo had all the essentials, nice balcony, and a decent size TV (a lot of places have tiny TV's). Good location.

Short and sweet

Just returned from a long weekend at this property and everything was perfect and as described. Condo is very cutely decorated, updated and well supplied with convenient items. Location is great as far as distance to beach, boards and downtown. However, the best part of renting this condo was the excellent communication and hospitality of the owners. They are very great with communication and very accomodating. Book this condo to find out just how great they are! Will definitely stay again.

Perfect Getaway

The home was clean, inviting, and well stocked! Parking on site and there are luggage carts that you are free to use in the lobby. Loved everything about our stay and the hosts even bought us pizza as a treat for staying with them; delicious by the way! Overall 20/10 definitely would book again without hesitation! Hosts were always accessible and very thoughtful! Over joyed with our stay l!
