The room looks clean but if one pays attention there are areas that were not clean like corners and soap scum. There were also visible stains in all the furniture in lobby area. Stainless steel surfaces had smudging and looked unclean. Lobby restrooms unclean, doors were dirty and there isn’t a ladies only restroom. Our room bedding didn’t smell or look fresh.

Rust in the tub, electric blinds nor fridge worked or well respectively, water on fully hot was a tad above warm. The night of NYE's front desk mostly was loudly conversing on speaker phone in the corner though professional once realizing I was awaiting assistance. This was a family stay and overnight stop.
