Short title

Was happy until Bookabach added a service fee which was not mentioned in any totals. Basically ripped off. This is overpriced. Very disappointed.

Good location

The property is well located next to motorway on and off ramps and Queen St. The apartment had everything we needed, although some items were suffering from a bit of wear and tear. Pool in the pictures was empty. The building that the property sits within has a prison feel, with a cramped foye/lift area and metal gangways to each apartment. Not suitable for young families. I found the property manager hard to correspond with. They required photos of my credit card (back and front, which I refused to send) in addition to full payment, cleaning fee and a bond. I wasn't sent any details of the checkin process until I requested them the night before we were due to travel and it took over 2hrs of messages to recieve them - very stressful start to a holiday!

It was very nice close to all amenities the city provides Very good instructions on how to get to the building and access the apartment A couple of things 1 the hallway outside the elevator sting of chemicals. May want to talk to the property managers 2 leave instructions on how to open the gate when exiting. You need the clicker to exit the parking lot.

Filthy

Nothing like the photos! Dirty on arrival, despite having to pay a cleaning fee.we had to clean it ourselves before we unpacked, vacuum cleaner did not suck up at all, found it was completely blocked with foam, hair and dust. Kettle in kitchen broken leaking water over my phone charging on the bench. Bathroom tiles cracked and leaked mud on the mat everytime the shower was used. Tried to raise concerns with the property management company/owner? when we asked to be part compensated for the cleaning fee and faults, they stopped replying to our emails.
