Room was spotless, lovely complimentary snacks. Late checkout at 11am granted. Great comfy bed and bedding. Only 4 stars as Balcony area not private when neighbours are out there as well. Also I had to park in mobility car park as all car parks were taken up. Otherwise enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

OMG I love this property so much i almost want to keep it a secret! Great communication with the property reservation and check in process - classy and stylish rooms - impeccably clean! Comfy bed and pillows. Great location. Will be our favourite and first choice when in Auckland from now on!

It was so clean, new feeling. Eveything was perfect. We called them when one of the number pins didnt work, they answered fast and helped great. Loved staying there. And the little gift was exactly what we needed after driving 3 hours to get there. The kids loved all the little snacks.

Excellent location

The location is excellent being one street off the main road so very close to shops and restaurants and despite being so close to the main road, the room was quiet with no noise from traffic etc. The room was great and spacious, and excellent parking. My only very minor feedback/suggestion would in the bathroom there was no shelf or area to leave items such as toothbrush/hair products etc which would have been useful

The Arluxia is my favourite hotel in Auckland with parking. Brand new, quiet, warm, clean and comfortable rooms with a superb location tucked off Ponsonby Road. Secure car parking and a beautiful welcome basket.

Great property. Easy 5 minute drive into Auckland City. Free parking on site. Room was spacious and great colour scheme. Only downside was bed moved on wheels when rolling over, maybe they weren't locked.
