Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
It was my friend and I’s birthday celebration and we decided to book cordis hotel as we thought it was a luxurious wellknown hotel however I requested some decorations and a complimentary dessert on call with the staff and tge first time I called the lady answered was sweet and welcoming and on the day of my booking i called again however the lady who answered did not note down anything i said.
The hotel itself was decent. However I believe it is better to book at a hotel elsewhere like JW marioette as I stayed at their hotel for another friends birthday. The interior for that hotel was more new and clean compared to cordis. There was barely any amenities at cordis and had to call the desk to request which is so time consuming as I waited 10 minutes for staff to bring a pair of slippers up comparing this to JW therd were slippers inside the closet.
One good thing I enjoyed and was probably the only thing good to cordis is the pool centre. The desk lady was nice and friendly, they have a hot pool and a warm pool which was so good early in the morning. A ice bowl to debloat, increase metabolism, minimise pores which is so thoughtful and me and my girls really enjoyed.
The front desk staff at the lobby was also super nice. But the cordis restaurant staff had a bit of attitude but other than that food option was okay. I wasn’t amazed by the food or the selection and recommend just going outside for breakfast lunch or dinner
