Bathroom not clean hair around the vanity and floor and carpet not vacuumed from last guest. Sent down stairs for a fire alarm to be told false alarm and told to go back to the room then half an hour latter knock on the door to be told we have to go back down stairs. When we ask the front desk about our room she told us that we had a superior room full mini bar. Our mini bar was empty and i only ask about when the room gets cleaned. your staff need better training

I’ve said before that this property has wonderful staff, always friendly and helpful. We had a fire evacuation today, handled efficiently and without fuss, with a focus on guest safety. I’ll be back!
