The WiFi was terrible. Room kitchen drawers were screwed. Air conditioning was sounding like generators. Bathroom exhaust was not working. On Expedia and on hotly website the good pictures were mixed to sell this room. No good hotel and misleading advertising.

Our room was filthy. There was mould in the shower, old hair ties and paper clips on the floor. Hair on the wall of the bathroom. The hairdryer had a sticker on it that said for rectal use only. I wish I was kidding. Bathroom is tiny. Stay next door at the Pullman, I know we will be next time.

There was noise from work being done with power tools above us, just as a courtesy, it would've been nice if the staff had acknowledged that. There is a high amount of traffic with students and apartment owners all using the same three elevators, one of which was out of service. The room felt very worn out; damage to the chain lock on the front door, remnants of stickers and adhesives on the walls, loud, creaking hinges in the bathroom. There was an uncomfortable lump in the bed which made for a poor night's sleep. The apartment was big yet the space felt cramped and poorly utilized. The process for parking seemed unnecessarily complicated and was more difficult and felt less safe than at other locations. It was more expensive than other places I've stayed at in the CBD yet it fell short of my expectations.

Staff were super friendly. Valet parking was great but expensive. There was a bad smell of rubbish out the front. The gym smelt so bad we didn’t use it. The rooms were what we needed. we did notice rubbish under the couch. Everything else seemed clean enough. Very cheap accommodation so we were happy with that

Good central Auckland hotel.

Pretty central to the Viaduct, Ferry Building and Uni of Auckland etc. We had a view of the Sky Tower amongst other buildings. Rooms were good and bed was comfy. They let us chrck in early without fees (front desk specifically pointed this out). On a bit if a hill so need to be okay with the dlope. Amenities were good and US traveller liked they had creamer!

Having a separate lounge with a harbour view for the room price is amazing! It was especially lovely to be welcomed with a card and gift as return customers. The Quadrant is not Auckland’s flashest Hotel but there is nothing that compares for the price with the same space and facilities - we will be back!

Terrible service. We had a room booked for 3 people. We arrived and was only made up for 2 people. We tried to call down to reception but unable to dial out. We went down stairs to collect bedding, took them a good half hour to get a blanke, 1 sheet, and a small pillow. Advised the staff member I needed a pillow case for the pillow but this was a big problem to get it. No duvet cover on the duvet and wouldn’t give me one. Was provided only one sheet even when I asked for another to use as a top sheet. So I had 1 sheet under me to put on a tiny uncomfortable couch, a duvet on top of me with no cover, and a very small pillow case with no cover. The room only had 2 of each kitchen item (plates, knives and forks etc) even though we paid for 3 people. When we checked out, got over charged for room service and then was made to feel like we were lying criminals when we asked about the charges they were making us pay, after half a hour and a very unprofessional argument in the reception area, we finally got charged for what we had actually ordered. Will never go back, really terrible service. Can tell money was spent in the foyer area to make it look beautiful but the rooms were not good.

Dont even bother!

Check in was great! Then was down hill! TV didnt work, microwave was a fire hazard front panel detached exposed wires, dishwasher doesnt work, new lady at front desk was so rude and racist! Refused to change room or help! Bathroom and bed had long black hairs on then and some of the dishes were filthy!
