Absolutely filthy, mildew on bathroom flooring, grouting on shower tiles and under shower seat. Light missing in bathroom. Bedside draws rotten, falling apart . Room smelt musty. Tea/coffee facilities disgusting, 3 odd cups, no teaspoons, a few sachets thrown on a tray. I was cold, no spare blanket, no coathanger nor iron

Arrived late at night had to check in at the property next door Then find our room by ourself Nowhere to get a drink not even a bottle of water Very noisy with cars racing around the area all hours of the night

Unfortunately, an unprofessional staff at night woke us up at about 1am, yelling to open the door, we are in the wrong room. We locked the door with a wire hanger and refused to open the door, we were so scared. He should have put the new customer in another room cause the motel had more open rooms before dealing with us…. We ended up calling 911 because we felt unsafe and uncomfortable….

This was the worst place ever. No amenities that were functional. Filthy and no trash can. Door handle was loose. They should refund us our night stsy

Room stank of dampness/musty. No A/C , fridge sitting on floor not working, only one working power point under TV, marks on bedding, ants everywhere, general feeling of being ex-social housing and not been cleaned after. Teach me for not reading reviews before booking.

I like that they have vending machines in the reception so even when you check in late, you can still get some snacks and drinks. The staff are also very helpful and quite welcoming.

Scary as! Room had a simple push button lock on the knob of a flimsy door. Had to use a chair, the bed & my bag to ensure no one could get in. Paper thin walls. Cheap but not worth the risk.

This is a very tired property. The photos online are far from a true representation of the room i booked. Windows unable to be closed, ant infested bathroom, stained linen, exposed wiring, damaged furnishings and worn/stained carpet. The fridge sits on a piece of polystyrene on the floor and the oil heater has a block of wood propped under it. The staff onsite were pleasant but the property would benefit from a bulldozer and rebuild. Disappointing would be a word to describe this property.

Room was clean and tidy, jug to boil water & tea and coffee etc in room, I was staying alone, only one cup but three wine glasses but no tea spoons or ther cutlery. Air conditioning would off been good and a tv with more choice of channels, I understand this is probably because of the room standard

Shopping only a 20 min walk away.

This hotel offers free airport shuttle, but I could not find a shuttle and when I called the number on my confirmation it went to voicemail. It was not clear where to find the shuttle or that the shuttle was a large yellow bus which shuttled customers to many hotels. This experience was very frustrating for me. The wifi was not very reliable. I found it quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

This property is falling apart...floor in hallway dips away where damage has occurred and also in corners of the room where water damage has previously been. Sliding door to the outside area couldn't lock so couldn't leave valuables in the room. Also food items were left in the fridge from previous guest and the soap dispensers were empty. Only one teaspoon available that was still dirty. If only one of these issues was present it could be forgiven but house-keeping seemed non existent and really poor maintenance schedule. Surely this place should not have an operating license moving forward! Don't normally complain about accommodation as Ive stayed in many all over the world but man this was pretty sub-standard!

The bed was great, clean and comfy. Shower ok but no shampoo OR soap left in either container. Ranch slider was very difficult to open or close, off tracks. Needed a teaspoon to stir coffee. Room did the job fine for an overnight needed last minute for just me.

I didn’t like a sliding door that could not be locked.A verandah that had broken and missing boards(a safety hazard)and dirty cigarette butts littered on the area.A TV that had no controller,then when the staff bought us one,he never tried it to see if it worked.We then had to go to office to get another one,which he finally bought to us at 7pm after arriving at 4pm.VERY POOR.
