Was clean and tidy. But dangerous steps to accommodation. Slippery. Long way to reception with no offer of shuttle to move us and luggage. Or any suggestion of ferry pickup which would have been great. Restaurant was closed and no services after reception closed at 4pm.

Rooms and Bedding clean and tidy. Stairs and access to unit not for older people. Amenities closed after 4pm and no mention of no restaurant food after this time. For price very dated. TV not very useful no apple or chrome tv access. Beautiful view.

Staff were very friendly and responsive. Room was very clean, spacious and had a gorgeous view. The food at the restaurant was fantastic and the pool was amazing with a beautiful view of Palm Beach. Would definitely stay here again. Although if you have mobility issues I would suggest getting there by car or a taxi as there is a substantial incline to reception and stairs to get to rooms. But well worth the workout!

The big downside to our chalet was the sewage smell nearby. A 500 ml bolttle of water at 5.90 was over the top. Staff nice.View lovely.Need more than one mosquito plug in bottle.
