This is my 2nd stay in Past month. The first room upstairs had nice furniture, an ok smell, was clean . This room downstairs the sitting chair was really old/worn. Office chair worn. The area around / in fridge was dirty, dirt on bathroom sink and the room smelled worse . Kinda wet n like old smoke. But the staff is super nice and its a cheap hotel. Feels safe. The desk chair and sitting chair in 113 needs replacing. Had a guest stop by and was ashamed to have them sit in the arm chair. The room was generally clean but could have used more. Overall, I will likely stay again for tye price but would prefer more atrention put toward room cleaning and furniture repairs.

Friendly and accommodating reception staff. Good laundry facility. Safe location but road construction made it difficult to find close dining options. Rooms are renovated and have good beds.

Had to leave a day early due to the death of my son in an accident. Don't know if I was able to get a refund for the last day as the hotel said it had to be done thru hotels.com but it is almost impossible to talk to a live person there.
