The attic is located on the third and top floor of a building located on the main road of Auronzo. To access it you need to go up four flights of stairs and a staircase inside the apartment.
The entrance to the building is shared with the other residential units in the building.
Distributed on two levels, the attic is equipped with an internal staircase that separates the entrance from the rest of the apartment, which is composed of a living room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single bunk beds.
