Had a great stay here and Brian is an awesome host. He was accommodating, friendly, and quick to respond. Property looks just like the pictures and everything worked/functioned properly. Would stay here again, check in and out was very easy.

My group of friends (11 people) and I stayed for a week in Austin for the CS2 major at the moody center. This vrbo had everything we needed and was great for our large group! Magical Week!

Out-of-town Weddings can be complete chaos for a family of 14 when they want to stay together in one house!! We found the perfect place. Clean, true to description, tons of parking, close to everything, and Brian was a joy to us. The home being a duplex was ideal. We had the younger adults on one side and the parents on the other. Most importantly, the beds were comfy! I absolutely recommend for your next getaway trip to Austin!!! Thank you Brian!

Nice duplex in Austin

My wife and friends had a great time at this property! It was great to be able to rent out both sides with a large group (6 couples). Location makes it easy to get to the bars and restaurants throughout Austin and the property was clean with nice amenities (nice outdoor area with games, nice kitchen, clean bedrooms). Recommend for your next stay in Austin.

Great Group Stay

We needed to accommodate 11 people for ACL and the neighboring townhomes were the perfect place! Our host was quick to reply and responsive to questions and requests. We had a personalized welcome note and wine which we loved! Would definitely recommend this property for a group for space and proximity to downtown Austin and beyond.

Amazing amenities, close to everything, our kids enjoyed the private backyard, the adults loved the yard games + Golden Tee arcade, 6+ parking spots for our vehicles, each master suite has a resort-like bathroom, and Brian was an excellent host. 5-stars all around!

Highly Recommended for Big Families & Groups

I cannot give enough praise to this property and its very attentive owners. We’re a big group of family and friends, and the house was perfect. Huge fenced in back yard for the dogs and kids with endless yard games, resort-like amenities, and super close to downtown and the airport. The wine / champagne / waters / hand written note made us feel like home.

Bachelorette Party Approved - 5 Stars Across the Board!

We came for a big bachelorette party weekend, and our large group loved this space! The place is very private, the lights in the backyard made for a fun experience in the evening, and the property is close to all the downtown hotspots and airport alike. Brian made it extra special with some wine & champagne, and gave us great recommendations. We will be staying again!

Perfect spot for families visiting Austin

We loved this place! It’s the perfect spot for a large family (or group) traveling to Austin. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the 2 king master bedrooms each have hotel-like ensuite baths. Our family enjoyed the classic Golden Tee arcade game and massive, private backyard with all the yard games. You can park 6 cars comfortably in the driveway, which we needed, in addition to ample parking on the street if required. This spot is close to the airport, downtown, and all the local attractions. Our family will be staying here again when we come back to Austin!
