Great Location & Relaxing for All

Our family loved all the amenities of this house and the relaxing space. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as playing pool and other games on the large table. The close proximity to nearby stores and the Austin area is a plus. We would be excited to return to this house again for another stay.

Beautiful home, accommodating hosts

Our group of 13 stayed here very comfortably. The home is beautiful, the area is incredibly convenient although tucked away, and the host is very responsive. All of our questions and concerns were addressed kindly and in a timely manner. I definitely recommend and would rebook here.

Nice Property, excellent communicative host

House was very nice and Chelsie was amazing with communicating with us and addressing the few issues we had. Beds were comfortable and the pool/hot tub was excellent. Close proximity to HEB grocery store, fast food options and 7/11. Overall we were happy with our stay for a group of 12 guys and would recommend.Small issues - there were little to no dishes clean when we arrived. Dishwasher was PACKED with dishes and it smelled horrid. Ended up having to clean most of these dishes by hand. There were no sponges but Chelsie called and apologized and even offered to have sponges and anything else we needed delivered to the house. Since we had a car i just ran out and bought a few myself.- Hallway bathroom was missing the center water knob which we had to figure out by turning the little nub. Chelsie also offered to have a plumber come by which was very nice however she mentioned that the knob just keeps coming off so i told her it was fine.-Shampoo, body wash and conditioner dispensers were sparse for our stay and we ended up basically running out on day 1 in some of the bathrooms.-property is listed as 2 acres however you can’t use the whole stretch of backyard because there are signs that say you’ll be shot if you go past them. Wasn’t an issue for us as we stuck to the patio

Great place to gather and make memories

Thank you so much to Brian and Chelsie for the opportunity to stay at this property. Chelsie was very responsive during our stay and we were very well looked after. The house itself is beautiful and has separate wings so that you are not tripping over each other. It's very private in that sense. The pool area is very beautiful and the landscape surrounding the home is absolutely scenic and peaceful. There were deer every morning to greet us as we drank our coffees. If you're looking for a spacious home with beautiful views to reconnect with your friends and family without the hustle and bustle of the city, this is your place.

Great large house with plenty of room

It was a perfect layout for 12 people. Everyone had their own rooms and plenty of space inside and out. Quiet street just off 290, easily access to Dripping Springs area.

Family wedding

Very spacious so that each family had their own areas, both for sleep and getting perfect for our ready. We loved the pool area, and there was plenty of kitchen space and accessories. When we were in need of a special appliance, Chelsie had it delivered immediately. We were pleasantly surprised by visiting deer on a daily basis. The property was perfect for our all of our family to enjoy the week leading up to and following our son’s wedding in Dripping Springs. The location was close to all the shopping necessary.

Beautiful location

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us. The area was quiet, we were able to be outside without worrying about bothering any neighbors, and the view of the sunset each night was beautiful. Unfortunately, we had a hard time getting Uber’s to the city with as many people as we had and this house being a little bit in the county. We did have better success with Lyft but it was more expensive. At one point the A/C didn’t work in the upstairs rooms but thankfully that was fixed the next day. The house is also a little older and some of the cabinet doors were falling off and needed fixing in the bathrooms and livingroom, but this didn’t effect our stay. Overall I was happy with the house and would recommend it to a large group solely based on the amount of sleeping accommodations and the fact that we weren’t worried about the noise ordinance rules.

Girls weekend

We had 20 girls stay for a long weekend and the property had more than enough space and beds for everyone to hang out, relax, and sleep. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor fireplace were easily the favorite spots for our group. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed including Tupperware for our leftover meals. A few things to improve on for the next stay (note that we didn’t message the owner on these because they were minor and we had a great time, so I’m only including this list for others in case they want to communicate in advance some of these items): - the outdoor grill didn’t seem cleaned, and our group tried cleaning the grates but we didn’t feel fully comfortable using it - there could be a few more white towels for large groups. we found enough towels between bathroom towels and pool towels to shower and washed towels daily to make sure everyone in the group had one for shower purposes - the last day we had one roll of toilet paper left. We could’ve easily bought more so not a big deal but it would’ve been nice if each bathroom was fully stocked. Like I said all of these were minor details- our group had a blast, check in and check out were extremely simple and the owner was quick to respond to any messages during our stay. We recommend this place for any large group!

Lots to like....but some disappointments!

The property was gorgeous at one time. It has not had attention for a long time. There were broken cabinet doors and broken furniture. I was disappointed in the overall cleanliness. No kitchen towels. They did a nice job with the beds, bedding, and towels. The young lady that I communicated with was very responsive and helpful. The location was good. We really had a great time. Thanks a bunch!

Exactly What We Needed

This is such a cool house and had everything we needed for our group (about 15 guys). The layout of the house lends itself to everyone hanging out together and enjoying the common areas. We especially loved the pool/patio out back which had great sunsets every night. The property is in a quiet neighborhood, but properties there area spread out so it feels like you're out in the country which really made the place feel more private than one you may get close to Austin. The proximity to Austin wasn't a problem for us and we didn't have a problem getting an uber/lyft when needed. Our host Chelsie was very accommodating and was a good communicator throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this one!

Great Property in Great Location

Really nice property in South Austin with close proximity to the best areas of the city and Hill Country to the south. Very well maintained bedrooms and kitchen, and one of the best outdoor spaces with a pool and hot tub.

Could have been better if the house was newer.

Property is old and things broke in the house every day - Master Bath Shower, Garbage Disposal resulting in big leak and Second Bath toilet. Overall not a great experience. Kids did enjoy the heated pool.
