It was a do it yourself, but everything was off limits and had to put a $300 deposit to use laundry room, to even get a single roll of toilet paper, let's say you wanted to get room service at 11:00 you have to pay for that, and also there is homeless people and prostitutes outside of the apartment and they are always and I say always going to be banging on your door asking for a room or for money, never stay at this place ever

The front desk guy charged me $60 deposit and everyone before me only $10. Rude and unfair. The place is trash and so is their staff
