We booked this house mid August to meet up with our daughter and her husband so we could celebrate her 35th birthday. Our goal was to spend time together while relaxing and enjoying the beautiful hill country views while cooling off in a gorgeous pool. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! The home is immaculate on the inside with lots of space and areas to relax and enjoy. The beds were comfortable and rooms are spacious. Literally almost everything you need is available, from cookware, utensils to plush white bath towels and large pool towels. The host was awesome at communicating with us and made sure we knew the ins and outs of the home. We were assured from the start that we could reach out at any time, should the need arise. Everything was perfect! Thank you Cortny and Kody for the pleasure of staying at your beautiful property

5 Stars – A Perfect Hill Country Getaway!We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, comfortable, and welcoming everything felt. The decor strikes the perfect balance between stylish and homey, making it easy to settle in and relax right away.One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the Austin Hill Country. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee on the patio or watching the sunset in the evening, the scenery was truly unforgettable.The home was well-stocked with everything we needed, and all the little touches made it feel like a true retreat. Beautiful property! Quiet and peaceful in a nice neighborhood, close to everything dripping springs has to offer. Pool was awesome, and the home was very accommodating. The beds are so comfortable, you could easily sleep in them all day if you don’t have an alarm set. Made for an unforgettable birthday stay. I highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect!

We had such a lovely stay. Everything was so well thought out for guests. The decor of the home is absolutely adorable. We felt like we were at home the minute we walked in. The pool and back porch layout with the view was spectacular.

The property listing did not do the property justice! The house was beautiful, and the location was even more beautiful. All of the beds were extremely comfortable, and the house was very clean. This would definitely be a location we would visit again.

Great property for a family getaway. Plenty of family friendly activities within 10 minutes of the home as well as an easy drive into the city. The property itself was clean, had clear instructions throughout the house, had plenty of towels, and had all the necessary kitchen supplies to eat in.

The house was prefect for our needs. It was well stocked and gave us a beautiful sunrise each morning. We enjoyed the dripping Springs area and also went into downtown Austin/UT campus for Longhorn football.

We came for a wedding at the Terrace Event center and this property was very convenient, especially since we had young children with us that could be shuttled back and forth. Wonderfully equipped, clean and the owners were easy to work with. We’d definitely would stay again.

Secluded Vibes in a Suburban Setting

First, the property is exactly as described and pictured. Spacious living room has comfortable furniture and a smart TV to connect to whatever streaming apps you use. Kitchen is smartly appointed with pod system for coffee, a french press, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. Bedrooms are generously appointed, beds are comfortable, and bathrooms are clean and well equipped. The outdoors of the property puts this over the top for a relaxing get away. Plenty of deck space on multiple levels, leading down to the pool. Pool deck has shade if you want it, sun if you don't, and a nice view. We really enjoyed out time.
