My brother dropped his phone between the elevator and the elevator door. It fell into the shaft. Maintenance was able to retrieve it!! We are impressed. This is our second time staying there. We really had a good time. We feel cared for and appreciated.

Stayed 3 nights solo during Thanksgiving. The Element is a very clean and beautiful hotel. Bed was comfy. Very quiet (assuming due to holiday) Nice area with lots of food and shopping options nearby. There is a parking garage (pay for parking). Coffee and breakfast were good (especially the egg, sausage, pepper scramble)

The air flow in the building felt stuffy and musty. There was an odd smell in the room when we arrived and blankets were too thin. Staff were absent and at one point I waited 15 minutes at the front desk while I heard two staff members laughing and chatting in the back room. When I peeked into the room to hopefully get someone’s attention, I saw the desk woman vaping. It was not at all what I expected after reading so many positive reviews prior to booking. Parking was also a $10 nightly charge.

Room was fine and the front desk staff was polite. The breakfast was very lackluster and this hotel allows pets. We had someone suffer an extreme allergic reaction in our party because of a pet that had previously been in the room. If anyone in your party suffers of any cat or dog allergies, I would not recommend staying here. They also charge for parking despite being so far out from the city. There is free parking around the domain so it’s unnecessary to pay for parking.

What a great experience! The rooms at the Element Hotel are large and spacious and the suite was amazing. It was so nice having a full kitchen, a separate living room area, and a private bedroom. I slept great and felt completely comfortable during my stay. Definitely recommend!
