Minor issues, eager to make it right

Beautiful hotel. The shade wasn’t working in my first room, but I was moved without hesitation to another. I felt the room was very clean but gave 4 stars due to a dead lizard smooshed into the carpet near the window. Otherwise great stay. Will be back.

I loved the staff they all were friendly professional and extremely nice. What I didn't like was being charged for parking when I didn't have a car. The front desk clerk refunded the money back to my card. When booking my hotel I didn't select parking so I was confused as to why charge me. I just feel like this hotel fraudulently tried to get an additional charges from me. I always check out and request a receipt. I don't think on my next trip to Austin I'll stay at this hotel. I'm truly a Hilton Garden person and I'll never deviate from Hilton again.
