There was only one gentleman that was extremely helpful at front desk and everyone else was rude specially an old man with long hair got very agitated and seemed bothered whenever I would ask for clarification or help. There was kids running up and down 4th floor and called front desk. Lady assured security would come up to fix the situation and no one ever came. Kids continued to run up and down and knocking on room doors making a lot of disruption. Restaurant and bar staff were amazing and very accommodating.

The location of this property is fantastic! However, what used to be a wonderful hotel has really gone downhill. The ice makers nor the vending machines didn't work, the rooms were outdated and dark. My friend found a bed bug in her bed the second night, so we told the front desk. There was a long, black hair in our tub. Walls were paper thin. We were in the original building, so maybe the newer one is better.

Room 1028 Located about a mile from downtown; a nice walk or scooter to get there. Room was clean and quiet although the edges of the wallpaper are starting to come up (really the only complaint about the room at all). The bed was really comfortable and I slept incredibly well. Breakfast was good, the coffee isn’t great, but it works We were there at the end of March and the pool was open, although not heated and the pool deck is not very inviting. I’m hoping they do something a little nicer with it during the summer. Overall, I would recommend it and consider staying there again

Good option for budget travel. Clean hotel rooms and lobby. It's an older hotel so there are a few vintage elements but overall the have done a good job renovating. Free shuttle to Airport was great.
