This was place was just far enough from the noise but close enough to be able to walk to the party. It’s also located right next to Stubbs BBQ which was absolutely delicious. They also had a really good Mediterranean place right down the street.

Expensive parking

Visited in August 2025. My biggest complaint is that the only parking is in the garage which is $39 per night for self parking and no valet options. Of course the parking garage was hot but also the elevators up to the lobby were extremely hot. Some of the air conditioning inside the hotel was not working. The lobby, elevators, and hallways were very warm. Once inside the room, the air conditioning kept the room cool but the a/c unit was so loud you couldn't hear the tv over it when it was running. Also, our room over looked a club across the street and the booming music obviously didn't stop until 2:00am. The bathroom walls were so thin that you could hear your neighbors conversations and other bathroom sounds very clearly. Almost sounded like they were in the same room. We found packaged earplugs in the night table which tells me they are aware of the noise issue. Beds were moderately comfortable. Also house keeping never came on day 1 so we had to call the front desk and request clean towels. They did respond promptly by bringing fresh towels to our room with 15 minutes. The room seemed clean but the hallways and lobby could have been cleaner. Upon checking out I was told that the $100 hold on my credit card would be released back to me in 7-10 business days. We won't book here again.

The room was well a good layout. It's very close and walkable to the state capitol, Joe's Coffee and a couple restaurants. There were some people lingering around the hotel that made me a little uncomfortable, but overall, not bad. I would stay there again.
