The house was wonderful, exactly as pictured. The host was incredibly responsive and checked in regularly to make sure everything was good with the house and to see if we needed anything. My only regret is that we didn’t get to stay longer to enjoy it more!

My family gathered in Austin to celebrate our mom’s 70th birthday! Everything was clean, tasteful, spacious and all around a great stay for a group. The pool and hot tub were the main attractions and we were so happy to have them!

Will Stay There Again

My family stayed one night as my daughter was competing at the state track meet. The house was perfect and just as the pictures showed. The outdoor living spaces were relaxing and peaceful. The beds were also nice and the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook a big breakfast the morning of the track meet. If we ever make it back to Austin I will for sure try to book here again.

My family enjoyed the hot tub! It was too cold for the swimming pool. We were able to watch movies on the patio and enjoy the cool breeze. The house was in immaculate condition. There was enough room in the house for us all move around. t around

Very clean and well maintained

We stayed at the house for a few nights to visit family nearby. The backyard is a beautiful retreat. The fenced yard is wonderful if brining your pup to give them a place to wander around. The home is very clean and well maintained. The renovations at the property are very well done We will be back in March and hope to be able to use the pools and outdoor seating areas with the warmer temperatures.

Great place!

We had an excellent time at this lovely property. there was plenty of space and a great outdoor space for hanging out. The master bedroom could use a new shower head, and two-ply toilet paper would be appreciated, but overall we were highly satisfied with the property. We especially appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was. thanks for the great stay!

Awesome beds - so comfortable!

We had a great stay this past weekend. This was one of the best VRBO's we have stayed it. All essentials were provided. The property was clean and there was plenty of room. And let me tell you the beds and pillows were amazing!!!

Stay here! You won’t regret it!

Absolutely fantastic stay! We rented this spacious, modern VRBO for our trip to Austin for the Post Malone concert, and it exceeded all expectations. The house was huge, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean, with every amenity we could want. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfy, ensuring we all had a great night’s sleep. The backyard was a true highlight—my kids couldn’t get enough of the pool and hot tub! There were so many comfortable seating options, complete with lights and LED candles that created a wonderful atmosphere. The host was friendly, responsive, and attentive to any questions we had, making the experience even better. Location was close to everything! We will absolutely stay here again when we’re back in Austin. Highly recommend this amazing home!

F1 Trip

First time to Austin for F1 race, house is in great location for COTA events, house has plenty of room and additional creature comforts to help relax after a long day. The surrounding neighborhood area leaves something to be desired but it was safe and no problems. Also easy driving distance to downtown Austin and only 15 minutes to airport. Overall great choice for our F1 trip.

Fabulous VRBO that exceeded all of our expectations.

Didn't have a chance to use the pool, but it looks beautiful. The rooms were large and beautifully decorated and the outdoor areas were perfect for quiet conversations. Joshua was a perfect host and replied to emails

Bridal Shower

The house is open which allowed for a nice place for a bridal shower. Only mini complaint is knowing the wifi password upon arrival. Otherwise great communication with owner and nice property.
