Nice with one exception.

Beds were comfy, room was clean. My only complaint is the electrical plugs in my room did not work. None of the plugs in the lamps worked at all so we had to find the wall plugs to plug our phones in.

Very satisfied with the hotel, and the staff were professional and very friendly. Food options were limited. No free parking. Metered parking was a hassle but easy to access through the parking app.

The shower pressure is painful

Everything about the hotel in the room was lovely except for the shower. It felt like I was bathing with a pressure washer. All of my private areas stung while showering.

The hotel itself is nice and very clean, and the front desk staff made check-in easy and accommodating. However, my experience with the parking staff was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, I asked the valet staff about parking, but they ignored me not once, but twice. They didn’t even move from their spot to assist me. After checking in, I asked again about valet, and the same staff member continued to ignore me while pretending to be busy. Because of this, I chose to self-park in front of the hotel at the meter. Unfortunately, my truck was broken into, and everything inside was stolen. This left me with an overall negative impression of the valet team. The hotel itself is okay, but the unprofessional parking staff completely ruined my experience.
