I asked a cleaning women in the hall if she had any lotion, and she immediately found some, which I appreciated. I did not see what her name was. Check in and valet were very friendly.

People at the front desk were awesome, specially Ksenia. She helped us to find good restaurants and attractions in Austin, gave us useful information about the city, and described various options how to make our stay better. The hotel is in a good location, the room was modern and clean, good complementary breakfast.

All around a great hotel with well thought out rooms very accommodating and pleasant staff. Located downtown around multiple restaurants and other shops Will definitely look forward to staying here in the near future when we return to the Austin area.
