The only thing I did not like was that there was no parking at hotel unless you use valet for $50.00. Wasn’t a cost I realized I would have. No one ever said anything about not being parking there. I am a 100% disabled veteran who lives on a fixed income. So they extra cost and then every time we would leave and come back it was an additional $20.00 to park it again.

The location and pricing was good. When we arrived our bathroom sink wasnt draining and the staff sent someone to fix it in an hour. The fridge in the room made A LOT of noise and the pipes above the room made a loud high pitched noise all the time. The breakfast was good and staff was courteous.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Austin Downtown, for a weekend training that was not too far away, and while my stay was wonderful overall, the true highlight was the incredible service I received at the front desk. Phem went above and beyond—she was exceptionally warm, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. In addition, Hakim was equally welcoming and attentive. Together, they made my experience memorable, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. providing outstanding assistance throughout my stay.
