staff was very friendly and the rooms was exactly how it is portrayed online! complimentary breakfast made it so easy to grab and go if i was in a rush. they had free parking which was great and i hardly ran into other guests so i didnt have to fight for parking and it was very quiet. overall great experience!! if i ever visit austin again i will definitely be staying with La Quinta again!:)

We asked for a top floor room, we got a ground floor room next to the parking lot. Cable tv was down most of the time. Shower pressure was weak and with warm water.oo

Our stay at La Quinta was not what we expected. The check-in clerk was distracted on her computer when we arrived. She had to interrupt her conversation to help us check-in. Our room AC unit was very loud that every time it turned on, we couldn’t hear the TV or each other speak. We had to turn it off during our stay. The bathroom shower heat was very loose we had to be careful when turning it to different sprayer functions. The walls had writing and marks on them. On the 3rd day of our stay, our room service was incomplete. Only 1 of the 2 beds were made up. The other bed was not even done and left alone. For the one that was made, only the top sheet was made with the bottom sheets left undone. That was disappointing. When purchasing from the market store downstairs, we asked that the items purchased be charged to our room. We were told that we had to pay for them at the desk and charging them to the room was not possible. What is the purpose of providing a credit card at check-in for incidentals if we’re not able to charge anything to it. For our future visits to Austin, we will look for other accommodations for our stay.
